What is a Life Review?
The life review is not a judgment. It’s a compassionate review of your life, experienced from your perspective—and the perspective of others.

- How love flowed through your choices—or where fear got in the way
- Moments that seemed small, but had great meaning
You may feel emotions from both sides: the joy you gave, the pain you caused, and everything in between. But it’s all experienced with loving awareness, not punishment.
